Refund Policy

At Sattvik Fresh, we are committed to delivering freshly processed products of the highest quality. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to our products’ perishable and custom-processed nature, our refund policy is structured with specific guidelines, outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • The product delivered is incomplete or missing key components as per your order.
  • You cancelled the order before processing (cleaning/washing/grinding) began.

Please note: Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as taste preferences or change of mind after processing or delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Due to the made-to-order nature of our fresh atta and spices, we are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Orders cancelled after processing has started.
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided at the time of order.
  • Delay in delivery due to natural calamities, public disturbances, or force majeure events.

3. Refund Process

If your request is eligible:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or phone.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm refund eligibility within 2 working days.
  4. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter the processing stage. To cancel, please call or message us immediately after placing the order.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued via:

  • UPI transfer
  • Bank account (if COD was used)
  • Same payment gateway used during purchase

We do not offer refunds in the form of store credits or cash.
