Based in a semi-urban area, we started noticing something curious:
Hundreds of urban consumers were travelling to us — not just for wheat, mustard seeds, and other grains — but also asking, “Where can we get this ground the traditional way?”
They didn’t want packaged products from shelves.
They wanted freshly ground atta and pure spices, processed like it’s done at home — washed, sun-dried, stone-ground — just like the old days.
