Sattvik Fresh is India’s First Cloud Mill. We offer freshly processed Chakki Atta, Mustard Oil and Spices, produced within 24 hours of delivery. Every product is made to order using traditional techniques such as washing, sun drying, and stone grinding to ensure natural freshness and purity.
Q2-What makes “cloud mill” different from a regular flour brand?

A traditional brand grinds and stores flour in bulk before shipping it to retailers. A cloud mill like Sattvik Fresh processes each order only after it’s placed — just like food is made fresh in cloud kitchens. This ensures maximum freshness, purity, and trust.
Q3-How is your atta different from store-bought brands?

Unlike pre-packaged atta, our flour is:
Washed and sun-dried before grinding
Stone-ground using traditional chakki
Ground fresh upon order, not stored for weeks or months
This process helps retain the natural fibre, aroma, and nutrition of wheat.
Q4-Do you grind other grains or offer customized flour mixes?

yes, we do grind other grains as well & we also offer customized flour mixes. However, it is to be noted that customized orders will incur additional service charges.

We currently serve select areas within Lucknow, including:

Q6-When will I receive my order?

All products are delivered within 24 hours of processing for Current service areas. Delivery schedules may vary based on your location and the time of order placement.
Q7-What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. We will review the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution as per our Refund Policy.
Q8-Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order only if processing has not started. Once we begin cleaning or grinding, cancellations are not permitted due to the perishable and personalized nature of the product.
Q9-Can I schedule regular deliveries?

Yes, we are working on a subscription-based model where customers can opt for weekly or monthly delivery slots. However, we will notify you before each delivery.
